Holistic coaching with me takes the guesswork out of your quest for optimum health. We work together to design a lasting plan that fosters personal accountability to reach your health goals successfully. Your customized plan takes into consideration all the details of your health, lifestyle, and family needs, and will act as your north star. Your goals will be clarified as we:

How it works

Step 1

Schedule and intake call and fill out intake forms – In our initial 1.5-hour intake call, we will discuss your health and sustainability goals and identify the factors of your current approach that are holding you back.

Step 2

Get a detailed custom protocol – In our second session 1-hour we will go over a custom report designed specifically for your needs to address the Six Land, Food, Life Holistic Health and Sustainability Foundations to streamline your health, wellbeing and sustainability goals.

Step 3

Experience 3 months of transformation – you implement and adapt the suggestions in your report for 90 days and you will experience a new and improved version of yourself and your family life.

Step 4

Follow-up - will have two follow-up consults within the 3-month transformation window to track your success and adapt your plan as needed. You will move from chaos to efficiency and from confusion to confidence in both your health well-being and sustainability.

Build Health Together

Bringing all the pieces of your life together to create health, ease,  and sustainability is complex but you don’t have to do it alone. It is common to get inspired to take your health by the horns only to find within a few days or weeks that inspiration has fizzled out. Without a concrete customized plan based on your body and lifestyle and regular accountability it can be hard to reach your goals on your own, especially if you are struggling with an illness.

Detailed nutrition and lifestyle advice is not usually offered in visits to the doctor and we are often at a loss of how to prevent or heal disease with nutrition once we receive a diagnosis. The information overload we experience in this day and age can create confusion as well.

 

When you hire me as your holistic health coach I will listen to your needs, help you define and prioritize your health goals, carefully consider options for further science-based analysis to customize your health plan, and map out a step-by-step protocol that helps you reach and sustain your goals long into the future by creating lasting habits.

The foundation of mental and physical health generally begins in our GI tract and is greatly influenced by our ability to manage stress. With me as your health coach, you will learn to build health, wellness, and sustainability off the shoulders of many clients who have come before you to take their health into their own hands. With over 25 years empowering my clients to heal themselves much wisdom has been gained, and it’s time for it to be passed to you!
