One Mission
Many Paths

My passion is to help both food producers and eaters move from thinking in parts to thinking in whole systems through holistic health coaching and agroecology education. I encourage and facilitate life-changing shifts to help my clients regenerate land, nourish their bodies, boost quality of life, and improve the impact their choices have on the environment.

What sets me apart from other “experts”?

I have real-world experience in every aspect of the farm-to-table process, as well as holistic and allopathic health care. At the young age of 16, I was deeply influenced by my father’s early death from non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, caused by his exposure to agent orange while serving in Vietnam. My father’s tragic passing:

•    Exposed me to the pitfalls we encounter under allopathic health care.
•    Taught me that quality of life quickly diminishes when we think in parts instead of the whole.
•    Turned me on to the healing power of regenerative agriculture, food, and herbs.
•    Entrenched in me an awareness of the devastation that environmental pollutants inflict on our bodies.
•    Focused my attention on integrating holistic practices throughout every facet of my life to live happily and healthfully.

I know that I am not the only one with such a story. So many people have come to me seeking to find their own unique way of feeling whole in their body, mind, and environment. I’m here to help you do that by teaching you to think holistically so that we may embody the ecology of human, animal, and land health as ONE, and live a more resilient life!
